Who we are

Above Strength & Fitness is a boutique gym built on community, consistency, and self-improvement. Located at 15301 S Bell Rd in Homer Glen, Illinois, we proudly carry forward the legacy of a well-known local fitness space while raising the standard for what a modern gym can be.

When we took over the space, we moved with purpose. What typically takes months of renovation was completed in just six weeks, without cutting corners. Every detail was redesigned to create an environment that is functional, welcoming, and built for long-term progress.

Opened in late 2025, Above welcomes people from all backgrounds who share a commitment to steady, meaningful improvement. Our atmosphere is focused and energetic, where members support one another and hold each other to a higher level.
