Every client gets active communication with their coach, monthly progress reports, and dedicated sit-down check-ins where we dial in the full picture: your sleep schedule, diet and recovery habits, stress and lifestyle demands, and how all of it ties into performance. We also track changes objectively with InBody scans, helping us monitor weight, muscle, and body composition so your programming evolves based on real data—not guesswork.
