At Above Gyms, our Group Training is built for people who want real structure, real coaching, and real progress—without getting lost in a crowded class. Each group is kept intentionally small (3–8 people) so you get the energy and accountability of a team, with the detail and attention of true coaching.

This isn’t a random “workout of the day.” Your training is custom programmed and periodized into four 3-month blocks, designed to take you from learning the basics to owning your fitness with confidence. We start by dialing in the fundamentals—movement identification, exercise execution, and the “why” behind what you’re doing—then progressively build strength, conditioning, and consistency as your skills improve. Over time, the goal is self-sufficiency: you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what your body needs, how to train for it, and how to keep improving on your own.

Workouts are HIIT-focused, built to improve conditioning, work capacity, and athletic output, with moderate weight training integrated based on the current block and the workout of the day. Some phases emphasize technique and movement quality, while others push intensity, loading, and performance—so you’re always training with intention, not guessing.

To keep progress objective and personalized, we also run monthly check-ins with InBody scans. This matters because the scale alone doesn’t tell the full story. InBody helps us track key changes like body composition, lean muscle, and fat mass, so we can adjust training focus and recovery habits based on real data. It’s how we make sure your program evolves with you—and how we keep progress measurable, sustainable, and consistent.

We train 6 days per week, with class times at 6:00 AM, 8:30 AM, and 5:00 PM, making it easy to stay consistent regardless of your schedule. If you’re ready for structured coaching, a supportive environment, and a program that actually teaches you how to succeed long-term, Group Training at Above Gyms is built for you.
